As a Minneapolis Maternity Photographer and mama of 3, we know that photography during pregnancy can uplift your spirits during a time most women feel uncomfortable. If you desire to feel taken care of and celebrated, then this shoot is for YOU, MAMA!! With our interactive virtual styling and a luxurious client closet to choose from, you will look and feel confident and beautiful all without lifting a finger. 

An ideal maternity session is around 32-36 weeks. By then you'll have a beautiful round figure ready for your portraits. For newborn portraits, maternity and birth clients are given priority booking to ensure availability. Your maternity photography session is 2 hours of personalized creativity designed with your style in mind. You can choose an outdoor lifestyle, semi-posed or an in-studio, styled shoot, OR both!

These are your newborn's precious once-in-a-lifetime moments! Imagine for just a moment, when they are all grown up, how much they will love looking back to see their sweet wrinkly skin and your kisses, displayed perfectly in an heirloom album. We will capture all the unique qualities of your precious new baby as well as the way your family loves on each other for these are moments you can never get back and they are meaningful.

Newborn sessions are done within the first 4-14 days after birth in studio or at your home. Your baby will be really sleepy and flexible during this time so it is the perfect time for posing. You can stay right next to me in the studio or you can enjoy the break room where we have toys, beverages, snacks, and a TV. There is a fully stocked diaper changing station, nursing chair, and bathroom for you and your family. Newborn sessions are 3-4 hours and this allows us all time to settle in and get comfortable.

Your family is beautiful & changing so fast! Your babies are walking, then running, then suddenly in high school! As children get older their style changes right along with their bodies. Those awkward teenage years are just as important to capture as are the silly smiles and big laughs of tiny littles. These moments with each other will forever decorate your home and give you all the feels day in and day out. No matter what chapter of life you're in, you'll want these portraits to look back on with overflowing happiness. 

Family sessions are around 2 hours so that kids have time to settle and relax. So, unwind, stay awhile, and get comfortable because that is when we really get to know each other and can pull those genuine joyful smiles out. No made-to-smile-and-say-cheese photos here! We laugh, we giggle, and sometimes we are a little silly, and then once all the wiggles are out, we are able to capture the most beautiful, relaxed personalities of your children.
